PULP CENTRAL: THE SATAN FACTORY!The recent Windy City Pulp & Paper Con saw the awarding of the first ever Pulp Factory Awards for new pulp fiction and art. These awards were all for new pulp works published in 2009.
Massachusetts based writer, Thomas E. Sniegoski won Best Pulp Novel for LOBSTER JOHNSON - THE SATAN FACTORY published by Dark Horse Press. The hero was originally created as a minor character byMike Mignola in his best selling HELLBOY comic book series. Sniegoski, however, has brought the character center stage in this very cool modern pulp.
